Cate's ballet school had their second annual Nutcracker performance this past Saturday and it was a beautiful production! Cate was so excited this year because she graduated from the minimal angel part to the part of a Mouse in the Rat King battle scene. I have to say that the Mice stole the show as they wiggled their tails and fought against the toy soldiers. Cate is a very graceful dancer, always reminding me of the character "Angelina Ballerina" who always gets in trouble for dancing rather than doing her chores or getting ready for school.
