The McPhersons sure do love Christmas! Grant and Cate had their lists completed shortly after Thanksgiving, the Elf on the Shelf arrived on December 1st, and the season was officially ON! I was so fortunate to have all my family together for Christmas this year and I hope that everyone had as much fun as we did. Keith and I are not structured but there are a few things that never change. First, we celebrate Christmas eve with Keith's famous standing rib roast. Yum! We save the turkeys for Christmas day but of course we serve them southern style - fried. They are so good - in fact we made 2 this year. We fed 14 loved ones on Christmas day....
