So we've had PATRIOT fever now since August 2010 and boy are we going to go through withdrawls! What an amazing season this has been and an awesome experience for our family. Unfortunately Keith had to hear me complain how difficult it was to get to practice 3 times a week. However, I'm ready to do it all over again! The freshmen team were just that a - TEAM! The coaches worked hard (more than some will ever know except us coaches wives), the kids practiced and played hard, and the fans cheered hard too! Grant has learned so much this season about teamwork and strategy. After our loss on Saturday to the Lions, Grant said that we had strategy and speed on our side but the Lions had size on their side. You're right buddy. We are the smartest and best coached team out there! We'll get them next year.
Here are some pics from our last game. Cate was sick and at home with Pawpaw. The Lions beat us (boo...) and will go on to play in the Super Bowl.
